Please bring 5 glass jars of fresh still water to your live call with Matt. This is so if there are multiple frequencies you need, Matt can perform multiple infusions for you to consume over the following month. For best results, bring filtered or structured water. Matt will direct you as to how much water to consume and when and why during your live call.
You will receive a Zoom call link once you book your time and make your payment. The Zoom will be a live call between yourself and Matt, with a follow up check in from a member of his team for aftercare check-ins and next steps.
Your session will be recorded for potential use in the DocuSeries or other activities to share hope with people. During your registration process, we will ask you for your social media handles and email and you will be notified if and when your session is available to be accessed.
Certainly! Refunds are available for cancellations made more than one week before your scheduled live call. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations within one week of the session. Please note that once the session is in progress, refunds are not applicable, as the payment covers Matt’s time rather than guaranteed results. We appreciate your understanding, and if you need to cancel, kindly provide as much notice as possible to allow others the opportunity to take the appointment.
