What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, contact forms, event and campaign registrations, voting forms, mailing-list subscriptions and related digital services operated for Prof. Matt Riemann and aligned initiatives.

Please do not send sensitive health or personal information through a general website form unless the form expressly asks for it and explains why it is needed.

Campaign records may be stored in secure website systems and synchronised to authorised operational tools such as Google Sheets, customer relationship management systems and payment processors.

We use information to respond to enquiries; record and validate campaign participation; plan event locations and capacity; deliver voting results, essential event communications and requested updates; process or reconcile purchases; improve website performance; prevent abuse and duplicate submissions; meet legal obligations; and protect the security and integrity of our services.
Optional future communications are sent only where you have chosen to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us.
Disclosure and overseas processing
We may disclose information to trusted providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, forms, cloud storage, customer relationship management, events and payments. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the service and information involved, and we do not sell personal information.
