Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal, professional and informational purposes. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, automate abusive requests, copy protected materials for commercial use, or use the site in a way that harms other people or services.
Information, education and wellbeing content
Content is general educational and informational material. It is not personal medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not create a practitioner-client relationship. Seek appropriately qualified advice for decisions affecting your health, safety, rights or finances.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written material, visual assets, recordings, frameworks, course material and branding are owned by or licensed to the relevant Matt Riemann initiative. You may share links and brief attributed excerpts for non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, modify or republish substantial material without written permission.
Campaign voting and Founding Voter eligibility
The Bruce Lipton + Prof. Matt Riemann Australia 2027 campaign accepts one valid voting record per unique email address. Founding Voter pricing is strictly limited to the first 888 valid unique voters recorded by the campaign system and is limited to a maximum of two discounted tickets per eligible voter. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or incomplete submissions may be rejected or corrected.
A vote records preference and eligibility only. It is not a ticket purchase, city confirmation, seat reservation or guarantee that an event will proceed in the selected location.
Tickets, payments and events
Tickets are secured only when payment is successfully completed through the authorised payment process. Prices, inclusions, capacity, venues, dates, speaker availability, refund and transfer conditions may also be governed by terms shown at checkout or in event communications. Where checkout terms conflict with general website wording, the specific checkout or event terms apply to that purchase.
Third-party services and links
This site may use or link to third-party payment, communications, video, analytics, social-media and cloud services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content or for a service outside our reasonable control.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, accessible and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain current at all times. To the extent permitted by law, liability for loss arising from use of general website content is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Essential campaign or transaction messages may be required to deliver a result or service you requested. Optional future communications depend on your consent and include an unsubscribe pathway.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when services, campaigns or legal requirements change. The current version will appear on this page. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
